Elkan & Simone
We are a married couple, together since 2009 and a living example of learning how to deal with issues and emerge from them more glorious than ever. We are a team, each a building block for the foundation of a true relationship.
We are not only partners in love but also partners in work and purpose. We find great joy in doing many projects together, helping each other to flourish in our own unique qualities.
Both of us experienced traumatic childhoods which affected our relationship and the ones we’d had in the past. Many people would probably have separated in the face of all the anger, fear and reactions that surfaced.
We triggered each other’s unresolved issues but committed ourselves to addressing and healing these, also with the support of others.
The most important thing for us is to put everything that comes up on the table. We have no secrets, nor do we ignore or hide anything, even if it is uncomfortable. We leave nothing unresolved. Our willingness to commit and our transparency have always been our two key pillars, so that we can now truly say ‘we walk our talk’.

Elkan
Elkan is a certified business and life coach and his background comes in many colours – from working in a national broadcast news station in Berlin during the fall of the wall, to managing tours for international musicians, managing an online platform for actors and writers in Tel Aviv and exporting Levis jeans from New York to Germany. Not only does he have vast global experience in business and media, Elkan has made an incredible mark bringing awareness of the traumas of war by producing and directing the film, L'Chaim! To Life !, about the experiences of his cousin and aunt as first and second-generation Holocaust survivors.
Born in the 1960’s in Cologne, Germany to a Romanian-Israeli mother and Polish father, Elkan has lived in various locations including Cologne, Spain, San Francisco, Tel Aviv and most places in between.
Elkan has a deep care and love for people. Sharp and acutely sensitive to what’s really going on beneath the surface, Elkan has an innate ability to cut through whatever stands in the way of truth, to get to the core of why people don’t get along or why they may feel stuck in their business. He doesn’t need a degree or diploma to know and expose what’s at play. With his strong integrity and unwavering love for truth, he has supported and inspired many people to be more real and to let go of their masks.
Simone
Simone was born and raised in the Netherlands. She has an adult son from a previous relationship. Since her marriage with Elkan, they have lived together in Amsterdam and Germany and now also reside part of the year in Spain.
For many years Simone has worked as a communication trainer, coach and group facilitator, both privately and with in-house teams for a wide variety of companies.
Simone has a theatre background and is a voice over artist for films, advertisements and corporate videos. In addition to this, she also coaches people on presentation skills to build confidence in how they present themselves in public or in interviews.
Always deeply supportive and backing of women to be the truest version of themselves, Simone recently started her new consulting business, Dare To Wear You, to encourage women to fully express who they are through styling and make up.
Her strength is in meeting and embracing everybody in equality with a contagious joy. She brings out the power and beauty in others with the invitation to dare to be seen and not hold back who they really are. She has a beholding quality that makes people feel at ease in her presence.
